Late 1970’s “Pearl Wood/Fibreglass” kit with chrome/brass snare drum.
Consisting of five drums – 22″x 14, 12″ x 8″, 13″ x 9″, 16″ x 16″ and chrome/brass snare.
The shells are 9 ply mahogany with a thin fibreglass lining.
The kit is finished in ‘Gold Gloss’ and completely unmarked having been unused and in storage.
In its day, this was a top line professional drum kit endorsed by many top drummers, including Art Blakey, Cosy Cole, Roger Hawkins, Chester Thomson, Larry Landin etc.
This is the actual kit that was reviewed in Rhythm Magazine in 2016.
